1. Are the study guides physical books?

No. All our items are PDF guides that are sent to your email.

2. I have not received my study guides, what do I do?

First, kindly check your spam or promotion's folder. After this, kindly use our contact us page for further assistance

3. How do I print my study guides?

Print your study guides on A4 sheets. If you are located in the US, we recommend Staples, Office Max, etc., for printing.

4. How long does it take to receive my study guides?

You would receive a link to download your study guides after purchase in your confirmation page. You would also receive it via email.

5. How do i bind my study guides?

For a low cost: use a binder. Or, you may request for a coil bind at your local printing shop.

6. Can I ever get a refund or an exchange?

No REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELATIONS, all purchases are final

7. What is the difference between the pharmacology guide and flashcard?

There are no significant differences in terms of the drug classes. However, the study guide includes additional information that is not in the flashcard.

8. My download link has expired. What do I do?

A download limit is placed on the study guides. Once the download limit is exceeded, the link would expire (5-7times). Download the study guide on your device (the study guide is yours forever once downloaded). Kindly contact customer service for any issues in terms of your download link.

9. I provided the wrong email at checkout, what do I do?
