REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS. All purchases are final.

All items are digital downloads (PDF FILES AND VIDEOS/CLASSES). I do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations as these are all PRINTABLE PDFs and VIDEOS/CLASSES. All purchases are final.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. A contact section is provided on our website.

DELIVERY:

Once payments are confirmed, your files (PDF or Videos/Classes) would be sent to you via email to the email address provided at checkout.

WAITING TIME:
Receive your order immediately after your purchase. An email would be sent directly to you with your study guides. If you purchased a bundle, the study guide are provided in a .zip file. Kindly check your SPAM folder and PROMOTION'S folder.

DOWNLOAD LIMIT:

A download limit is placed on the study guides. Once the download limit is exceeded, the link would expire (2-5times). Download the study guide on your device (the study guide is yours forever once downloaded). Kindly contact customer service for any issues in terms of your download link.
