I'd give zero stars if possible for the simple fact that the advertising is misleading. It appears that "free + $11 fee" will get you everything they advertise but it's only a very small amount. To get what they actually show in photos/advertisement, you have to spend another $48. I don't think the pricing is outrageous but the shady advertising is. I'd never order from this company.
